How to Connect To A Faith Based Bible Believing Church

If you have found a church that you like while visiting around keep going back to that church and read the church bulletin and see what that church teaches and what the people that attend there believe. If this is a big church it could take two or at the most three Sundays before the pastor is able to find you and greet you. If you really like this church and you haven’t met the pastor get up the nerve to go and introduce yourself to him. If you are married grab your spouse and drag them to meet the pastor. After you have met the pastor and have been going to this church for about two months and feel like this is the place you want to plant your roots into its then you need to see where you can get connected.

These are ways you can get connected

Step 1- Sunday school would be a good place to get started getting connected it is also a good place to get your kids connected. If you have a baby you can drop it off at the nursery or child and drop it off at the children’s ministry or even a young adult and drop it off in the youth group. Sunday school would be a great place to get them all connected.

Step 2-Another way to get connected is to not just go to church on Sundays but also attend other services during the week like a Wednesday night service.

Step 3-You can also get involved in small groups like for men or women see if they have a men’s or women’s breakfast where you can begin to meet people and really get connected.

Step 4-You or your spouse could get involved with outreach ministries or volunteer to help clean the church or even go on a mission trip. All you have to do is be a willing servant or vessel and pour yourself into the work of God.
