How to Make a Fluffy Marshmallow Frosting

Kids can help Mom in the kitchen with this easy reciipe for a "No Cook" Marshmallow Frosting. No-cook recipes are among kids' favorites.

Gather the ingredients:

2 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. Karo syrup, and 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla.

Step 1 - Add salt to egg whites and beat with electric or rotary beater until frothy.

Step 2 - Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth and glossy.

Step 3 - Slowly add Karo syrup, and continue beating until frosting stands in firm peaks.
