How to Make an Alcoholic Shirley Temple

Intro: Shirley Temples are typically contain no alcoholic but not this recipe. Follow theses to learn how to make an alcoholic Shirley Temple.

Step 1: Gather the ingredients. You will need 1.5 shots of vodka, a splash of grenadine, 3 ounces of orange juice, 3 ounces of Sprite or 7-Up, and a dash of lime juice.

Step 2: You can’t use a cocktail shaker with soda pop because it will make it flat when you shake it up.

Step 3: Fill a glass with ice. Pour the vodka over the ice.

Step 4: Add a dash of lime juice.

Step 5: Next, add the lemon lime soda and orange juice.

Step 6: Add a splash of grenadine.

Step 7: Garnish your alcoholic Shirley Temple with a cherry or orange slice and enjoy!

Tips: Some people say that alcohol ruins the Shirley Temple drink but I think using vodka works quite well with this drink.

Use a little more or less vodka depending on your preference.

Warnings: Never drink and drive.
