Intro: Athlete’s foot is a condition which plaques everyone from athletes to everyday people. Follow these steps to cure athlete’s foot.

Step 1: Soak your foot or feet in a mixture of salt and warm water. You should have the proportions of 2 tsps. per 14 ounces of water.

Step 2: Get an over the counter athlete’s foot cream or spray. Apply it everyday for a few weeks. Don’t stop applying it until it has been two weeks since the fungus has disappeared.

Step 3: To get rid of athlete’s foot, rub a little baking soda and water on the fungus. Rinse it off after a minute, dry your foot, and put a little powder on the fungus.

Step 4: At any signs of athlete’s foot, you should see a doctor and get some prescription medicine although some at home remedies may help.

Tips: To get rid of athlete’s foot, you need to keep your feet dry. Use athlete’s foot sprays, creams, and powders.

Warnings: Athlete’s foot can spread easily so always change out of wet socks and shoes. See a doctor if the problem persists or worsens.
