Intro: Having cravings for junk food, chocolate, greasy foods, and etc. happen to everyone. One of the best ways to handle these cravings is to drink tea. Follow these steps to curb food cravings by drinking tea.  Step 1: The kind of cravings you are having determine the kind of tea you should drink to help curb food cravings. For example, if you are having sugary sweet cravings then fruity tea will be the best option.  Step 2: To curb food cravings by drinking tea, you must buy a wide variety of tea to be prepared for each situation. If you don’t have a particular tea, you can always add some flavoring to it. For example, if you are craving pie or baked goods, you can add some cinnamon to your tea. Common teas to add cinnamon to are white and green tea. You could also just purchase some cinnamon tea.  Step 3: If you are craving sweets, such as vanilla and caramel, you can drink some rooibos tea with a little vanilla or caramel added. There are even pre-made caramel rooibos blends.  Step 4: To curb food cravings when bored, try drinking oolong and green tea. I most commonly crave food when bored or sitting around the house watching TV. A great way to control this appetite is by drinking green and oolong tea. Aside from curbing food cravings, most teas are very healthy.  Tips: To curb food cravings by drinking tea, find the teas which cure your cravings best.  My suggestions work for many people but some people need to find their own preferences.  Warnings: Drinking tea should not be used as a way to starve yourself and not eat.  You should maintain a healthy diet and use tea to help you avoid eating common junk foods.
