Intro: If you want to make your computer monitor larger or smaller, you need to adjust the resolution. Follow these steps to adjust a monitor’s resolution.  Step 1: To adjust a monitor’s resolution, click “Start” at the bottom left hand side of your computer.  Step 2: After you click “Start,” select Control Panel.  Step 3: To adjust a monitor’s resolution, you will need to select Appearance and Themes.  Step 4: Click Display and then click the Settings tab.  Step 5: Under the settings tab, you can adjust the resolution by sliding the bar to either more or less monitor resolution. The less resolution you have the bigger the text and icons will appear. The more resolution you use, the smaller and less blurry the icons and text will be.  Step 6: After you adjust a monitor’s resolution, you should click “Apply” and then “OK.”  Tips: To adjust a monitor’s resolution, follow the above steps and see which resolution you like best.  Warnings: If you are sharing a computer with someone else, make sure they are ok with the change in resolution.
