Intro: This pie contains a lot of ingredients but is easy to make. Follow these steps to make bean pie.

 

Step 1: To make bean pie, you'll first need to gather the ingredients. For this pie, you will need 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 pie shell, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon ground gloves, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, ¼ cup melted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 3 cans (16 ounce) of any colored bean, 3 eggs, and 1 cup evaporated milk.

 

Step 2: To make bean pie, drain the beans and then mash them up well.

 

Step 3: Combine all ingredients and stir well so that they blend.

 

Step 4: Once the bean pie ingredients are mixed well, pour them into the pie shell.

 

Step 5: Preheat your oven for 450 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the pie for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, drop the heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for about 30 more minutes.

 

Step 6: Once the center is set, remove from the oven, let the bean pie cool, and then serve. Enjoy!

Tips: Add some whipped cream to each slice when serving.
