Intro: Athlete’s foot is a problem that affects many people. Typically, this infection of your foot is caused by fungus living and spreading on your foot. Step 2: Soak your foot or feet in a mixture of salt and warm water. You should have the proportions of 2 tsps. per 14 ounces of water. Step 10: Wipe the inside of your shoes down with anti-bacterial wipes and then sprinkle some anti-fungal powder in them. Tips: To get rid of athlete’s foot, you need to keep your feet dry. Use athlete’s foot sprays, creams, and powders. Warnings: Athlete’s foot can spread easily so always change out of wet socks and shoes. See a doctor if the problem persists or worsens.
