How to Cure Foot Odor Naturally

Intro: If your feet tend to smell bad more than average, you may have foot odor. Follow these steps to cure foot odor naturally.

Step 1: Wash your feet on a daily basis. Shower everyday and make sure to soap up your feet.

Step 2: Change your socks everyday. Smell your shoes and see if they may be the cause of the problem. If they smell at all, it may be time for a new pair of shoes.

Step 3: Add a little cornstarch to your shoes to help keep them dry.

Step 4: Don’t wear rubber shoes. Get leather shoes. Rubber shoes tend to make your feet smell bad at the end of everyday.

Step 5: Soak your feet in some vinegar water once or twice a week. Vinegar kills bacteria. Try 1 quart of water with a half cup of vinegar.

Step 6: Sage leaves can be crumpled up and put into your shoes to help control foot odor.

Tips: You can change your socks multiple times a day which can help reduce foot odor naturally.

Avoid spicy foods which can increase foot odor.

Turn the heat down to avoid sweating. Also, try to reduce stress which increases sweating.
