How to Make Banana Raspberry Pie

Intro: Raspberry is a refreshing fruit which tastes great mixed with bananas. Follow these steps to make banana raspberry pie.

Step 1: Gather the ingredients. You will need 2 tablespoons corn starch, ¼ tablespoon salt, ½ tablespoon cinnamon, ¼ cup of sugar, 2 cups of raspberries, 2 pie crusts, and 1 whole banana.

Step 2: Add the cinnamon, cornstarch, and sugar to a bowl and mix well. Next, add the raspberries and mix well again. Stick this mixture in the fridge for right now.

Step 3: Brush the bottom pie crust with a thin layer of egg white. Slice up the banana into small slices and make a flat layer of banana slices across the bottom of the bottom pie crust.

Step 4: Slice the top pie crust into half inch strips.

Step 5: Remove your banana raspberry pie filling from the fridge and pour it on top of the bananas in the pie crust.

Step 6: Using the top crust strips, make a lattice top on the pie. Brush the top strips

with egg white and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of them.

Step 7: Bake your banana raspberry pie for 50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 8: Let the pie cool down, then serve, and enjoy!

Tips: Try wrapping the crust of your banana raspberry pie with tin foil before cooking to help prevent the crust from burning.

Serve your pie with whipped cream.

Warnings: Don’t cut the banana slices too small or they will almost melt away into the crust.
