How to Make Gravy |

Intro: Many people buy gravy in a can or jar. Follow this recipe to make homemade gravy for your next meal.  Step 1: After you make a roast use 2 tablespoons of the excess juices from the bottom of the roast pan to make gravy.  Step 2: Add the two tablespoons of juices to a pan. Dissolve two tablespoons of corn starch in about ¼ cup of water. Pour this mixture into the pan and whisk together both ingredients.  Step 3: The gravy with start to thicken as you whisk it. Add some water and milk to the pan. Slowly add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk to the pan as you are stirring and whisking.  Step 4: Add a pinch of salt to your gravy and enjoy!  Tips: You can also add flour to the pan, at the beginning, to make gravy with flour.  Don’t let the ingredients start boiling.
