Intro: To lose fat, you need to eat the right foods while avoiding the wrong foods. You are what you eat and if you eat a lot of fattening foods then you will be fat. Follow these steps to lose fat.

 

Step 1: When losing fat, you should focus on throwing away and not buying any and all junk foods. The major cause of fat is junk foods, fast foods, greasy food, fried foods, and breaded foods.

 

Step 2: Now that you are cutting out all of the above, you should start baking and grilling your meats instead of cooking them in butter, vegetable oil, and grease. You should not bread your meats but instead cook them plain and remove any skin. You can eat your foods with some marinara sauce or fresh homemade salsa. Add a little barbecue sauce for flavor if you wish.

 

Step 3: To lose fat, you must eat fruits and vegetables everyday. Try to consume fresh fruits and veggies with every meal.

 

Step 4: Cut down on the proportion sizes. Eat 5-6 smaller, spaced-out meals throughout the day instead of 2-3 very large meals everyday. Stop eating as soon as you start to feel full. Overstuffing yourself is the biggest cause of obesity.

 

Step 5: To lose fat, you should add fat burner foods to your daily diet such as green tea (from a tea bag), a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil (healthy fat), and an ounce of almonds and peanut butter.

 

Step 6: To lose fat, you should exercise at least 3 times a week. Your exercise must consist of cardio and some weight lifting if you are feeling up to it. Most people will perform cardio exercise for about 20-30 minutes straight with no change in pace. This constant pace is a lot less effective than interval training. With interval training, you alter the pace of your cardio with short 1 minute sprints every 2 minutes. Add this with your 5 minute warm up and cool down and your cardio work out will only take 19-21 minutes. Do this at least 3 times a week and you’ll lose major amounts of fat.

 

Step 7: To lose fat and burn more calories, add weight lifting to your routine. Weight lifting is great for building, toning, and strengthening muscles. You can virtually work out every muscle in your body with a set of dumbbells.

 

Tips: To lose fat, you need to live a healthier lifestyle. Fresh foods, cooked properly can make all the difference.

 

Try drinking a 100 percent whey protein shake after every work out to aid in muscle repair and help you lose fat.
