How to Stop Bleeding Gums

Intro: Many people suffer from bleeding gums which can cause some very bad breath. Both of these problems are annoying and embarrassing. Follow these steps to stop bleeding gums.

Step 1: You will need to get dental floss, a toothbrush, water, and grapefruit seed extract.

Step 2: First, brush your teeth thoroughly with toothpaste.

Step 3: Put a couple of drops of grapefruit seed extract in a small amount of water. Coat a piece of dental floss in this mixture.

Step 4: With your coated floss, gently floss between the teeth with which you are having problems.

Step 5: After you floss, rinse out your mouth and then gargle with a little water/grapefruit seed extract mixture. This will help with bad breathe also.

Tips: You should start to notice that your gums aren’t bleeding as often.

Grapefruit seed extract is a great way to stop bleeding gums and bad breathe.

This is typically not a long term solution to stop bleeding gums.

Warnings: If your condition persists or worsens, you should see a dentist.
