Intro: There is nothing better than going out with friends and enjoying some tasty buffalo wings. Follow these steps to make buffalo wings at home.
Step 1: Gather your ingredients. You will need Chicken wings, hot sauce, Italian salad dressing, oil for frying, and some chicken seasoning.
Step 2: Heat enough oil is a pot or pan to submerge the chicken wings in the oil.
Step 3: Prepare the chicken. Rinse off the chicken, pat it dry with a paper towel, and sprinkle some chicken seasoning on the chicken.
Step 4: Once the oil is very hot, put the chicken wings into the oil and fry them for 10-15 minutes, depending on how hot your oil is.
Step 5: Remove the chicken from the hot oil and place them on a paper towel on a plate. The paper towel will help soak up any grease.
Step 6: Prepare the sauce. Add some hot sauce and Italian dressing to a bowl and mix. Use more hot sauce or Italian dressing depending on your taste.
Step 7: Put the wings in the bowl and coat them with the sauce. Place your buffalo wings on a pan and into the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Step 8: Serve your buffalo wings with your favorite dipping sauce, such as blue cheese or ranch dressing, and enjoy!
Tips: The more hot sauce you use, the spicier your wings will be.
Let the buffalo wings cool for a few minutes before eating.
Warnings: Be careful when dropping the chicken into the hot oil. The oil will bubble and pop and could get on you and burn your skin.
