Intro: These remedies can help you relieve some pain or stop a toothache until you can make it in to the dentist. Some people may experience permanent relief from these remedies but some may only have temporary relief. Follow these steps to stop a toothache.  Step 1: Make sure you put your hair into a pony tail if it is long.  Step 2: Put your cheek under the faucet, where the toothache location is.  Step 3: Let cold water run onto your cheek outside of where the toothache is. Try to tough out the pain from the cold water.  Step 4: Turn off the faucet and rest for a few seconds and then repeat step 3. Repeat this process 3-4 times and the pain will start to disappear.  Tips: Try taking an ibuprofen which can help stop a toothache.  Use this method to relieve you of pain until you can make it in to see a dentist.  Don’t give up. Keep enduring the cold water and the pain will eventually start to go away.  Turn the water on full blast to really take care of that toothache.  Warnings: If your toothache persists, see a dentist immediately.
