How to Make a Homemade Heating Pad

Intro: Body aches and pains can be soothed using a heating pad. If you don’t have one, you can make your own and start enjoying all the benefits heating pads have to offer. Follow these steps to make a homemade heating pad.

Step 1: Purchase some dry beans from the store.

Step 2: Find an old pillow case at home or purchase a cheap pillow case from the store.

Step 3: Fill the pillow case halfway full with dry beans and tie a knot in the open end of the pillow case.

Step 4: Microwave your new homemade heating pad for 1 minute and enjoy!

Tips: Let the heating pad cool down for a minute before using. 1 minute in the microwave can make the beans super hot.

Warnings: If your aches and pains persist, you should visit your doctor.
