Step 1: Plant some lemon balm plants in your yard. The flowers of this plant typically bloom from July to October.

 

Step 2: Pick the leaves from your lemon balm plant in the afternoon when the oil is the strongest in the leaves. To make tea, you will have to pick about ½ - 1 cup of leaves. Put the leaves into a tea infuser and then boil the infuser in water. Remove the infuser and pour your tea.

 

Step 3: Drink lemon balm tea to help relax, cure a stomach ache, cure a headache, or to help clear your sinuses.
