Intro: Green tea can offer so many health benefits it’s hard to keep tack. Green tea should be included in everyone’s diet. Follow these steps to benefit from drinking green tea.  Step 1: Drink green tea to lower your cholesterol. Green tea not only lowers bad cholesterol but supports good cholesterol. Blood clots are typically the reason people have heart attacks and green tea helps prevent these blood clots from even forming.  Step 2: Drink green tea to prevent cancer. The growth of cancer cells can be blocked by polyphenols, which green tea contains! Drinking many cups a day has proven to slow down the growth of tumors and help prevent cancer from returning.  Step 3: Drink green tea to lose weight. Green tea helps burn fat off of your body. Add green tea to your diet now to start losing the extra weight you can’t seem to drop.  Step 4: Drink green tea to protect your teeth. Green tea destroys bacteria which can produce plaque.  Tips: If preventing cancer isn’t enough of a reason to drink green tea than I don’t know what is.  Don’t over boil the water.
