Intro: To maintain healthy and beautiful skin you must maintain a regimen. Only a select few people are blessed with amazing skin no matter what regimen they have. For everyone else, you will have to work at getting great skin. Follow these steps to keep a healthy skin care regimen.

 

Step 1: Start washing your face twice a day or more depending on if you work out and get sweaty. You should wash your face every morning and night. After a work out, you should wash your face again. You want to wake up and go to bed with clean skin. When washing your face you should use a face cleanser or toner. Cleansers and toners can help prevent oily skin and bacteria from getting on your face.

 

Step 2: Use a moisturizing eye cream twice a day. After you cleanse your face in the morning and at night, you should use an eye cream. Gently pat the eye cream on the skin around your eyes. This is an important part of your healthy skin care regimen.

 

Step 3: Try using a facial mask once or twice a week. Cleansing masks can help remove dirt from pores. These masks are great for maintaining healthy and clean skin. Try using a moisturizing mask once a week and a cleansing mask once a week. This combination can really improve your skins health.

 

Step 4: You should use more moisturizer in the winter compared to the summer. The weather can have a great deal of impact on your skin. Make sure you use sunscreen before you go outside in the summertime. Sun rays can damage your skin.

 

Step 5: Exfoliate your skin two times a week. You should have some exfoliating or gritty facial cream which will remove any dead skin cells. Scrub the cream on your face in circular motions. Wash your face and then follow it with a moisturizer.

 

Tips: Drink a lot of water. Water has amazingly positive effects on our skin and health.

 

Stay consistent. Don’t fall behind on your healthy skin care regimen.

 

Take fish oil pills. They are good for your skin and heart.

 

Warnings: Trying a large variety of creams and cleansers can lead to break outs. Find a product you like and then stick with it.
