Step 1: Gather your ingredients. You will need 125 grams of soya beans to make about 1 liter of soy milk.
Step 2: Clean your soya beans and soak them for 10-16 hours in water. You can crack your soya beans and only have to soak them for 6-8 hours.
Step 3: Now that you have soaked your soya beans you need to microwave them for 2 minutes.
Step 4: After you microwave your soya beans you need to grind them with 1 liter of water in a blender. Put the mixture through a cheese cloth or handkerchief to recover the soy milk.
Step 5: Heat your soy milk to boiling and then continue to boil your soy milk for around 6-10 minutes. Cool your soy milk and enjoy! Your soy milk is good for about 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
Tips: You can flavor your soy milk by adding salt which is common in cow milk.
