Step 1: George Washington was a very inspirational and influential man and you can get a sense of that by reading his biography.

Step 3: Visit the Washington Monument. This monument was built between 1848 and 1884 as a memorial to George Washington. Weighing 90,854 tons, the Washington Monument stands 555 feet and 5 inches tall.
Step 4: Throw a party on George Washington’s birthday and serve food and drinks from the olden days. Search Google for old recipes or try to find some early American cookbooks.
Step 5: Bake an apple pie to celebrate the story of George Washington chopping down his fathers cherry tree and telling his father the truth because he could not tell a lie.
Step 6: Plant a garden filled with flowers, fruits, vegetables, and shrubs which Washington grew at Mount Vernon. Washington was well known as a passionate gardener.
